Standing Committee Engagement

Standing Committees — Where the Work Happens

The Polk County GOP operates through standing committees.

Committees are task-focused, results-driven, and action-oriented. This is where real progress happens between Central Committee meetings.

You are not signing up for meetings for the sake of meetings. You are signing up to help move specific work forward.

Every Central Committee member is expected to serve on at least one committee. When signing up, you’ll be asked to select three committees. Leadership will follow up with assignments based on interest and organizational need.
